Sold for $1,694,000 on January 29, 2008. This 3 story 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath homes is approximately 4270 sq. ft. It was built in 1847 by Dr. Frazier of McClellanville, SC. It had been renovated with all the modern conveniences. The home had the original wide plank heart pine floors. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and abundant cabinets. The home had 4 fireplaces, a formal dining room, parlor, study, entertainment room, 2 car garage and a cooper roof. It had been listed at $1,795,000.

The home had 6 fireplaces, a large formal dining room, screened porch, remodeled kitchen, upstairs den and 4 large bedrooms. The home sat on a large lot with ancient oaks. The home had been listed for $1,950,000.

Sold for $2,500,000 on April 17, 2008. This 2 story 3 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home was built in 1865. It had approximately 3830 sq. ft. It was totally renovated and has a view of Charleston Harbor. It featured an eat-in kitchen, formal living room, family room and separate dining room. It was listed at $2,850,000.

Sold for $1,050,000 on January 29, 2007. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home had approximately 3400 sq. ft. It was built in 1870. The home had been renovated and updated just a few years before it came on the market. A ground floor music and media room was not included in the square footage. The home had an in-ground pool and sat on a .27 acre lot. It had been listed for $1,190,000.
